Zesty cod ceviche

Serves 1 | Preparation time: 60 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes

Recipe

Cut the cod into small pieces, put it in a bowl and add lime juice.

Leave it to marinate for up to 2 hours or until meat goes opaque.

Strain the lime juice.

Season the fish with salt and pepper, add diced onion and chopped coriander.

Serve with corn grain, banana chips, salad mix and olive oil.

100 g of cod fish filet
Juice from 3 limes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Salad mix
20 g of corn grain
10 g of banana chips
1 small red onion
Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon of olive oil
