Recipe

Fri the meat and season the meat with cumin powder, red pepper, oregano and salt and pepper

Heat the taco on a hot plate or pan

Put the meat in the taco

Top with red chilli, cheddar, coriander and red onion

Serve with a lime wedge

Grated cheddar
1 red pepper
Pineapple
Lime
Coriander
Red Onion
4 tortillas
