Who owns Grimbergen?

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Carlsberg Group is the global licensee of Grimbergen. Inspired by a meeting at the World Fair in Brussels in 1958, the Fathers of Grimbergen decided to revive the art of brewing Grimbergen beer. Initially they did this with local brewery Maes (later Alken-Maes) in Belgium and later with the Carlsberg Group, which manages the brewing and distribution of Grimbergen around the world outside of Belgium.
